Yes! You can offer items like underwear, signed pictures, fart jars, etc through your DMs directly with your fans. They can pay you for the item by tipping you through Hotline. You are solely responsible and liable for the fulfillment of all such merchandise - Hotline is not involved with physical merchandise.
